Specifications
Description

This rare 1963 AC Aceca is one of only 151 ever produced. This particular model is known as the "Missing USA Aceca" and has a well-documented history. The car has had only two owners, being owned by the last owner since 1967. This unique barnfind has an interesting history and great potential for classic car’s enthusiasts.

Engine overhauled

The car was restored in the past, including an overhaul of the 1.991-liter six-cylinder engine with three carburetors. It produces 90 horsepower and is mated to a manual transmission with overdrive. Although the car has been in storage for a long time, the previous owner took regular precautions to keep the engine in good condition. As a result, the engine runs smoothly, but the car needs extensive service to be fully roadworthy.

Original interior

The chassis is virtually rust free thanks to dry storage, and the sheet metal has correct fits with minimal user marks. The "Light Sky Blue" paint shows some signs of wear over the years, but retains the charming barnfind appearance. The interior is upholstered in black leather and the carpet is still in good condition, with a nice patina that emphasizes the originality of the car.

Historic importance and unique opportunity

The AC Aceca was first presented in 1954 and was famous for its innovative design and performance. This particular Aceca, with its well-preserved condition and limited production, offers a rare opportunity for collectors. The vehicle comes with extensive documentation, including manuals and original license plates.
