This 1963 Borgward Isabella Coupe offers a unique combination of a patinated exterior and technically well-maintained condition. The previous owner added new rubbers to the suspension, completely overhauled the brakes and did a thorough job on the engine, including replacing gaskets and rubbers. All this was done with care and an investment of over €3,800.
Original Austrian history and documentation
The Borgward was originally registered on July 15, 1963 in Vienna, Austria, and the original Austrian papers are still present. After exporting it to Germany, the previous owner decided to perfect the technical side of the car, while leaving the original appearance intact. This gives the car a special charm and a unique character.
Interior in very good condition
The contrast between the exterior and the interior is what makes this car so special. While the exterior has retained its original patina, the interior has been completely reupholstered and is in very nice condition. This creates a wonderful contrast and gives the car a distinctive look.
