This beautiful 1982 Alfa Romeo 2000 Spider Veloce has been on Dutch registration since 1992 and was originally delivered new in the United States. The car has been restored and reconditioned in the past, and has remained a very attractive appearance ever since. The example has always been well maintained and remains an excellent choice for lovers of classic Alfa Romeo's.
Good bodywork with correct details
The bodywork is in good condition, with correct fits and beautiful sheet metal. The car is painted in the striking and rare color palette of Alfa Rosso over Blu Scuro, which adds to its unique appearance. The red paint has only light signs of use befitting the age of the car. The convertible top is also in nice condition and fits nicely throughout, while being easy to operate. The car is on original steel wheels with chrome hubcaps and has good tires in the correct sizes.
Beautiful blue leather interior and modern conveniences
The interior has recently been reupholstered with beautiful blue leather that is both supple and well cared for. The carpets have also been renewed and are of nice quality to match the stylish whole. All the instruments look neat and add to the classic driving experience. The Spider is further equipped with power windows and a car radio, combining modern conveniences with the classic design.
Drives wonderfully
Under the hood is the neatly maintained 2.0-liter Twin-Cam four-cylinder engine with fuel injection, mated to a five-speed manual transmission.
