A 1927 Chevrolet Capitol is a beautiful pre-war car from America. The Capitol's paint is in excellent condition and the chrome shines beautifully. The beautiful wooden artillery spoke rims are also in excellent condition and match the looks of the convertible perfectly. The 4-cylinder engine runs excellent and the manual transmission shifts well.
