The Rolls Royce Silver Seraph was introduced in 1998 as the successor to the Silver Spirit and remained in production until 2002. This model marked an important phase in the brand's history, including the introduction of a new technical basis and an updated powertrain configuration. The 2000 Rolls Royce Silver Seraph is among the last generation of Rolls-Royce models built in Crewe before the transition to the BMW era under new ownership.
Characteristic of the Rolls Royce Silver Seraph is the combination of classic-looking bodywork with modern technology for its time. The model was equipped with a V12 engine originating from the BMW stable, thus distancing Rolls-Royce from the previously used V8 engines. The Silver Seraph partly shared its technical basis with the Bentley Arnage, although Rolls-Royce emphatically positioned the model as a more traditionally oriented luxury limousine within the group.
The design of the Rolls Royce Silver Seraph remained true to the recognizable brand signature, with a prominent grille and subdued lines. The interior was manufactured to Rolls-Royce standards common at the time, with attention to traditional materials and finishes. Production numbers of the Silver Seraph remained relatively limited; approximately 1,570 were built over the full production years, contributing to the model's exclusivity within the Rolls-Royce range.
This 2000 Rolls Royce Silver Seraph comes with the original booklets. In addition, several invoices are included with the car, offering insight into this example's documented past. To get a good idea of the lot we recommend you come to the viewing day.
