The Lamborghini Gallardo 5.0 V10 Spyder was introduced in 2006 as an open-top version of the Gallardo and became a permanent fixture in the Lamborghini range in 2008. In addition, all four brake discs and brake pads were replaced, and a new battery was installed. At 44,900 km, the gearbox was reported as having 28% use; since then, it has driven approximately 1,350 km, bringing its use to around 30%.

The evaporator and air conditioning pump were replaced at Mugello. The vehicle was also polished at Eastcorner, and the white leather door panels were resprayed. This work was carried out for maintenance and presentation purposes.

In the past, the car sustained minor damage to the right side of the front bumper. This damage has been professionally repaired.
