This is a custom built 1931 Rolls-Royce 20/25hp 'Dreadnought Special'. Inspired by the iconic Blower Bentley, this unique creation combines classic elegance with brute force.
Originally, chassis GNS39 left the Rolls-Royce factory in 1931 as a two-door drophead coupe. In 2014, however, the car underwent a major transformation. The original bodywork was replaced with a hand-crafted aluminum racing body from Bespoke Bodyworks, the chassis was shortened to 108 inches of wheelbase, and the powertrain received a complete upgrade.
Under the hood is the original 3.7-liter six-cylinder engine, equipped with a supercharger, good for 190 hp and 350 lb/ft of torque. Combined with a modified transmission with overdrive, this delivers impressive performance to match its sporty character. The restoration was completed in 2018, and since then it has been driven only about 1,000 miles.
The vehicle carries registration no. TL 1663 and engine no. Y6J. While not an original Blower Bentley, this Rolls-Royce offers a similar look and feel, but at a fraction of the price. A rare opportunity to own a truly special and admirable car. To get a good idea of the lot, we recommend coming to the viewing day.
