Description

The Triumph TR6 PI, introduced in 1968, was a sports car notable for its powerful performance and understated yet elegant design. This model, which remained in production until 1976, was powered by a 2.5-liter six-in-line engine, which in the PI (Pierburg injection) variant was equipped with a fuel injection system. This provided better power delivery and efficiency compared to its predecessors. The TR6 was known for its excellent handling and was often praised by car enthusiasts for its sporty character and typical open driving experience.

In the 1970s, the TR6 became a popular choice among drivers looking for a combination of performance and style. With its rugged bodywork and recognizable taillights, the model reflected Triumph's design philosophy, where functionality and aesthetics went hand in hand. The TR6 PI earned a solid reputation within the classic car community, appreciating its simplicity and ease of maintenance. To get a good idea of the lot, we recommend you come to the viewing day.
