Description

In the 1970s, Innocenti (the higher quality and more aesthetically pleasing Mini) had a partnership with Trussardi. At the time, the fashion house Trussardi was known for its high-quality leather accessories, such as gloves and bags. Today, the brand is best known for jeans and perfume. The logo visible on the dashboard and fenders represents a Greyhound, a specific breed of dog that in Italy symbolizes "refinement and nobility." Now to say that this unique Clubman exudes refinement and nobility might be going a bit far, but for sure it is a unique little car in a beautiful color scheme and drives wonderfully. The southern European sun has also ensured that the rust monster has not been able to take possession of this example. A rare Mini Clubman in the "Trussardi" version. The Italian fashion brand Trussardi gave their name to this version. The details are rich though: brown striping, a wooden sports steering wheel, a wooden center compartment, Trussardi logos and, as additional options, a roof rack and Mille Miglia sports rims. Judging by the aescula sticker on the windshield, this Mini Clubman was owned by a doctor. And that's right. This originally Italian car was bought from a general practitioner. According to this previous owner, he saved many a life with this somewhat small ambulance. This is a very original Mini and, as far as we can tell, the doctor was the first owner. The Clubman is now registered in the Netherlands. To get a good picture of the lot we advise you to come to the viewing day.
