Description

The car offered here is from the collection of BP Classics. The following information was made available by the seller.

This is a very rare example of an early left-hand drive Jaguar V12 Coupé. On February 4, 1975, the car was built at Brown Lane in Coventry. Upon completion of production, the engine failed to run for certain reasons, so the car remained in England at De Long Motors Ltd. in London. The car was then geëxported to Sweden, where it was sold to a company manager on April 12, 1976. During the time it was owned by the manager, the car covered only 19,000 km. In 1980, the car was sold to Bert Carlsson, a well-known member of the Jaguar Owners Club, and his daughter Helena inherited the car in 2003. She sold the car in 2004 to Jonas Kjellstrand in Stockholm, an avid Jaguar enthusiast. In 2008 we bought the car from him and imported it to the Netherlands. Since then we have driven the car occasionally, but since 2019 we have stored it in good condition in our showroom. In 2018 we installed a new fuel pump. All MOT documents are available, including many invoices, magazine articles, advertisements and history of the previous owners.
