The car offered here is from the collection of BP Classics. The following information has been made available by the seller.
Original Swedish delivered car, known from the Volvo magazine of the VKV association. Original registration number was BOT-745, which are included with the car. The car had only ééone owner in the Netherlands, who bought the car from Nordicar Company in the Netherlands and completely restored in 2012-2013.
The car made a road trip from Panama to Alaska in 2014 and in 2018 from Amsterdam via the Silk Road to Beijing and back via Siberië. In between, all kinds of map-reading trips/rallies were done with the car. Many photos are available, even when it is on the Great Wall of China in Beijing.
After these years of joyful driving, the car was completely disassembled during the corona period for major maintenance, and what was needed was replaced and completely repainted. No expense was spared to restore the car to perfect condition, including the original GT seats and dash and new windshield. All this is documented with pictures, and last year the owner moved to France and it was time to let the car go and give it a new life with new adventures.
There is a lot included with the car which you can read below, there is a set of original steel rims with winter tires, but although you may see this in the pictures, the wayfinder shown on top of the Terratrip is not included in the sale. Seize the opportunity to own this very special car!
