Description

Typical of the 1950s Pontiacs is the charismatic design with two large silver stripes running the length of the hood and the obvious influences of the "Jet Era," for example, even on this Star Chief one finds an airplane on the hood that is even illuminated. The engine was christened Strato Streak V8 and the automatic transmission they called Strato Flight Hydra Matic. This very nice 2-tone Star Chief Convertible is executed with very many chrome details on the inside and outside of the car. The V8 engine produces 180 HP and runs very well. The comfortable automatic transmission shifts excellent. The Convertible hood is in excellent condition and the roof works perfectly. The gorgeous 2-tone paint is also in very good condition and the many chrome on the Pontiac is also in very good condition. The interior, which is in the same color combination as the rest of the car, is in very good condition, the bench seat, carpet, door panels and dashboard are all in very good condition. The Pontiac is on very nice white walls with original Pontiac hubcaps.
