Specifications
description

The Series III, built from 1971 to 1974, received the new Jaguar 5.3-liter V12 under the hood, along with improved brakes and standard power steering. The FHC was discontinued and the Series 3 was only available as an OTS convertible and 2+2 coupé. The OTS also used the extended chassis of the 2+2 in the process. The Series 3 further distinguished itself with a different radiator grille, rimmed wheel arches and V12 on the trunk emblem. The E-Type offered here was purchased in parts in America several years back. The restoration took place over a period of 7 years. All over the world the missing parts were purchased via the Internet. It was made completely European. A Nut and bold restoration. You can see from the suspensions that they have been off. Everything is galvanized. There is no spare tire. The engine runs beautifully. The car has not been driven much since the restoration which was completed in 2015. This is a Matching numbers car. Revisions have been done by officiële companies. Also, the drive chain has been completely done. To get a good idea of the lot we advise you to come to the viewing day.
