Morgan 4/4 Series II 1958

The Morgan 4/4 was Morgan's first four-wheeler and a classic British roadster that remained in production for a very long time. The model name stands for "Four wheels, Four cylinders. The 4/4 was produced in several variants and with a wide range of engines from 1936 to 2018, putting it in the list of cars produced along with the Beetle and 2CV, among others. However, the Morgan 4/4 was produced in a much smaller run, making it a lot rarer. This Series II is No. 344 and was delivered in 1958. The Morgan features the original Ford UK 100E side-valve engine, better known as the English Sidevalve. This is an almost finished project car. The engine starts and runs but loses coolant, this needs to be checked. Also, the windshield wipers are not working and the tray for the soft top behind the rear seat needs to be finished. The dark red paint looks good on the Morgan and generally looks good. The interior also looks complete and neat considering the age of the car. A nice project for the lover of authentic British roadsters. The Morgan has Dutch import documents from 1975 and 1980 and a British bill of sale.
