There is also a new exhaust under the car. The suspension has been completely overhauled and an Alfaholics Stage 1 Suspension Rebuild Package has been installed. As a result, the Spider sits wonderfully on the road and steers tightly. During the restoration, all "American" exterior features such as the protruding bumpers and square side lights were removed and there are now "European" bumpers on it. Even in terms of the interior, it looks like the Spider was originally delivered in Europe. The Spider is now over 50 years old and therefore there is no longer an MOT requirement.
