In 2000, the E46 M3 entered production in Europe. It has a 3.2l 6-in-line engine with 343 hp. A curious point is that the E46 M3 engine produces more than 100 hp per liter (343 hp / 3.2l). Therefore, this engine has already won several awards such as International Engine of the Year and Best New Engine in 2001 and was the winner in the 3-4L category from 2001 to 2006.
