Peugeot 201D 1935

The 1935 Peugeot 201D offered here Yes. This is a European import. In 2012 the current owners started the restoration of the car, which has been thoroughly addressed and documented by means of a photo book. This can be viewed on request during the viewing day. No expense was spared, and the restoration was successfully completed in 2017, after which the car was registered in the Netherlands. The engine has been disassembled and cleaned. The cylinder head was flattened, the valves were ground and the whole thing was fitted with new gaskets. A new radiator has also been installed, as well as new tires all around and a new 12v battery. The sheet metal is damage free and repainted. The seats have been reupholstered, including the horsehair and burlap. The upholstery on the seats has been made a little more comfortable. The brake shoes and clutch plate have also been reupholstered. Recently, the jumper cable was broken and replaced for a new one. The old one is still present. The speedometer works, however, the odometer is jammed. Upon inspection, a shaft appears to be broken in it. To get a good picture of the lot we advise you to come to the viewing day.
