This is a Mercedes-Benz 280SL Pagoda, dating from 1968. Originally, the car was delivered new as a 250 SL. It was then completely rebuilt by the Mercedes Dealer to 280 SL specification. The beloved 280SL is powered by an M130 six-in-line engine which in this case produces 170 horsepower and is mated to an automatic transmission. The car is finished in a stunning color scheme. The dark brown exterior (Tabacco Brown, 423DB) is completed by the matching hardtop which is responsible for the nickname of this generation SL: Pagoda. Combined with cognac leather upholstery and cream soft-top. The interior is in beautiful condition, with a nice patina. The soft- and hard-top are also in very good condition.
