Description

The Chevrolet Corvette C3 L82 was a special edition of the third generation Corvette produced between 1968 and 1982. The L82 was available as an option package for the Corvette C3 and was available from 1973 through 1980. The L82 package focused on performance upgrades. It included a high-performance 5.7-liter V8 engine that produced up to 230 horsepower. The L82 engine had a higher compression ratio, a different intake manifold and carburetors and was designed to provide better power and acceleration. The L82 was also equipped with other performance features such as improved suspension and shocks, a heavier rear axle, and more powerful brakes. The L82 versions had special emblems on the hood, and the interior featured more luxurious upholstery. The Corvette C3 L82 was one of the most distinctive and successful models in Corvette history and is considered a classic of American automotive history. The cars on offer are part of a static collection that has been accumulated over the last 40 years. They are mainly in an unrestored, original but dusty condition. We have not tried to start any of the cars. We have been informed that the engines have been turned, on a regular basis, but the exact condition of the cars and the engines is unknown to us. You can inspect the cars on the viewing days for which you have to make a reservation through our ticketshop.
