The MG Magnette is a classic car produced between 1953 and 1968 by the British car manufacturer MG (Morris Garages). It was a mid-size four-door saloon that was a popular choice among car enthusiasts because of its sporty performance and attractive design. The exterior of the MG Magnette was sleek and sporty, with a distinctive grille and round headlights. The car had a stylish body with a slim body waist and sweeping roofline. The interior was equally impressive, with comfortable seats, a wooden dashboard and a classic design. The MG Magnette had a four-cylinder engine with a capacity of 1.5 liters or 1.6 liters, depending on the year of production. The car had a four-speed manual transmission and was capable of a top speed of about 140 km/h. In 1959, an upgraded version of the Magnette was introduced, the MkIII, which had a more powerful engine and a redesigned suspension for improved performance and ride comfort. It also came with options such as disc brakes and power steering. The MG Magnette was a popular choice among racing and rally drivers because of its reliable performance and sporty handling. Today, the MG Magnette is a sought-after classic car loved by collectors and car enthusiasts around the world. The cars on offer are part of a static collection that has been accumulated over the last 40 years. They are mainly in an unrestored, original but dusty condition. We have not tried to start any of the cars. We have been informed that the engines have been turned, on a regular basis, but the exact condition of the cars and the engines is unknown to us. You can inspect the cars on the viewing days for which you have to make a reservation through our ticketshop.
