The Mercedes-Benz 300 SE Coupé W112 is a classic luxury sports Coupé produced between 1962 and 1967. The car was part of the W112 series, a line of luxury sedans and Coupés produced by Mercedes-Benz between 1961 and 1967. The model was introduced as a sporty, high-end Coupé with a powerful 3.0-liter M189 engine producing 160 horsepower. The 300 SE Coupé had a striking, elegant design with a long hood, sharp lines and a sloping back. The interior of the car was luxurious, with high quality materials such as leather and wood veneer, as well as advanced features such as air conditioning, electric windows and a radio. The car was one of the first in its class to feature independent suspension on all four wheels, providing excellent handling and comfort. Only 3,127 units of the 300 SE Coupé were produced during its production period, making it a highly sought-after car among collectors and car enthusiasts. In short, the Mercedes-Benz 300 SE Coupé W112 was one of the most luxurious and stylish sports coupés of the 1960s and is still appreciated today for its elegant design, powerful performance and excellent driving dynamics. The cars on offer are part of a static collection that has been accumulated over the last 40 years. They are mainly in an unrestored, original but dusty condition. We have not tried to start any of the cars. We have been informed that the engines have been turned, on a regular basis, but the exact condition of the cars and the engines is unknown to us. You can inspect the cars on the viewing days for which you have to make a reservation through our ticketshop.
