Alfa Romeo Sprint 1600

The Alfa Romeo Sprint 1600 is a sports Coupé produced by the Italian car brand Alfa Romeo between 1962 and 1969. It was the successor of the Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sprint and was produced in a limited edition of about 21,000 cars. The 1600 Sprint was equipped with a 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine that produced 104 horsepower and had a top speed of approximately 185 km/h. The 1600 sprint had a streamlined and elegant body designed by Italian coachbuilder Bertone. It had a sporty interior with leather upholstery and a wooden steering wheel. The Alfa Romeo Sprint 1600 was a popular and affordable sports car of its time and was produced in several versions, including the Sprint Special and the Sprint Zagato. Today, the 1600 Sprint is considered a highly sought after classic car. The cars on offer are part of a static collection that has been accumulated over the last 40 years. They are mainly in an unrestored, original but dusty condition. We have not tried to start any of the cars. We have been informed that the engines have been turned, on a regular basis, but the exact condition of the cars and the engines is unknown to us. You can inspect the cars on the viewing days for which you have to make a reservation through our ticketshop.
