It was the open version of the Alfa Romeo 2600 Sprint and was produced in a limited edition of approximately 2,255 units. The 2600 Spider was equipped with a 2.6-liter six-cylinder engine that produced 145 horsepower and a top speed of approximately 200 km/h. It had a four-speed manual transmission and independent front and rear suspension. The design of the 2600 Spider was very elegant and stylish, with a streamlined body designed by the Italian coachbuilder Touring. The interior was equally impressive, with high-quality materials and a beautiful dashboard with well-placed instruments. We have been informed that the engines have been turned, on a regular basis, but the exact condition of the cars and the engines is unknown to us.
