The Lancia Aurelia B20 GT is a special classic car produced between 1951 and 1958. It was one of the first cars designed with a self-supporting body and independent suspension on all four wheels, a revolutionary design at the time. The 1955 Aurelia B20 GT was originally equipped with a 2.5 liter V6 engine. The car had a top speed of about 185 km/h and accelerated from 0 to 100 km/h in about 12 seconds. The exterior of the 1955 Aurelia B20 GT had a striking design, with sharp lines and a streamlined body that gave the car a sporty and elegant look. The car was also equipped with unique features such as a panoramic windshield and a roofline running backwards. The interior of the 1955 Aurelia B20 GT was also very stylish and luxurious, with leather upholstery and wood accents. The car was equipped with comfortable and supportive seats and a well-designed dashboard with easy-to-read instruments. The B20 GT was also a successful racing car, winning many international rallies and races, including the prestigious Mille Miglia in Italy. It was also popular with celebrities and political figures, including Italian President Giovanni Gronchi. In total, approximately 2,640 units of the Lancia Aurelia B20 GT 2.5L were produced. The B20 GT is a sought-after car and is considered one of the most remarkable Lancias ever produced. The car offered here has no engine and no gearbox. The cars on offer are part of a static collection that has been accumulated over the last 40 years. They are mainly in an unrestored, original but dusty condition. We have not tried to start any of the cars. We have been informed that the engines have been turned, on a regular basis, but the exact condition of the cars and the engines is unknown to us. You can inspect the cars on the viewing days for which you have to make a reservation through our ticketshop.
