The MG A Roadster, produced between 1955 and 1962, was a sports car that captured the hearts of car enthusiasts around the world with its clean lines and powerful performance. With its striking design, created by the famous designer Syd Enever, the MG A Roadster was a tribute to the legendary MG racing cars of the 50s. The minimalist interior, with a simple dashboard and little luxury, was created to emphasize the driving experience and the pleasure of driving a sports car. But what really made the MG A Roadster stand out was its performance. The car was delivered with different engines, ranging from a 1.5 liter four-cylinder to a 1.6 liter four-cylinder. The most powerful version had an output of 108 hp and could reach a top speed of 185 km/h. The manual four-speed gearbox or optional five-speed gearbox added an extra dimension to driving this classic car. The car is an example of an iconic sports car that continues to capture the hearts of car enthusiasts. It is a vehicle that has stood the test of time and is considered one of the greatest classics in the British sports car industry. If you are looking for a vehicle that combines style, performance and timeless elegance, then the MG A Roadster is a very good choice. The cars on offer are part of a static collection that has been accumulated over the last 40 years. They are mainly in an unrestored, original but dusty condition. We have not tried to start any of the cars. We have been informed that the engines have been turned, on a regular basis, but the exact condition of the cars and the engines is unknown to us. You can inspect the cars on the viewing days for which you have to make a reservation through our ticketshop.
