[description]

The "Triumph TR3B" is an unofficial name given to the final version of the TR3, which was produced in 1962. It was offered at the same time as the TR4, which went into production in 1961. The "TR3B" was a special short production run in response to concerns that the buying public might not welcome the TR4. The model was intended for the American market. The upgrades helped the TR3B reach a top speed of about 110 mph (177 km/h) and a 0-60 mph (0-97 km/h) time of just over 10 seconds. However, the TR3B was only produced for a short time and in limited numbers, with only 3,331 units built. As a result, the TR3B is now quite rare. The cars on offer are part of a static collection that has been accumulated over the last 40 years. They are mainly in an unrestored, original but dusty condition. We have not tried to start any of the cars. We have been informed that the engines have been turned, on a regular basis, but the exact condition of the cars and the engines is unknown to us. You can inspect the cars on the viewing days for which you have to make a reservation through our ticketshop.
