Beschrijving

The Jaguar XK150 is a model produced by the British car manufacturer Jaguar between 1957 and 1961. The Fixed Head Coupé (FHC) was a closed version of the XK150, while the 3.4S refers to the engine configuration and performance potential of the car. The XK150 FHC was equipped with a 3.4-liter six-in-line engine producing 190 bhp and 284 Nm of torque. The S version of the engine had three carburetors and produced 250 hp. This resulted in a top speed of approximately 220 km/h and an acceleration from 0-100 km/h in approximately 7.5 seconds. The XK150 FHC had a streamlined and elegant appearance with a long bonnet and short rear. The interior was luxuriously appointed with leather upholstery and wood trim. The car was equipped with disc brakes on all four wheels, a rarity at the time. A total of approximately 4,445 Jaguar XK150 FHC were produced, of which only 846 were in the 3.4s LHD version. Today the car is a popular classic. The cars on offer are part of a static collection that has been accumulated over the last 40 years. They are mainly in an unrestored, original but dusty condition. We have not tried to start any of the cars. We have been informed that the engines have been turned, on a regular basis, but the exact condition of the cars and the engines is unknown to us. You can inspect the cars on the viewing days for which you have to make a reservation through our ticketshop.
