Beschrijving

The Rolls-Royce 25/30 was produced between 1936 and 1938 and was one of the last cars Rolls-Royce produced prior to World War II. The exterior of the 25/30 was elegant and refined, with a streamlined body and classic Rolls-Royce features such as the distinctive grille and the "Spirit of Ecstasy" on the hood. The interior of the 25/30 was equally impressive, with luxurious leather upholstery, wood accents and many handcrafted details. The car had a spacious cabin and comfortable seating. This type of Rolls-Royce was a popular choice for affluent customers looking for a luxury car that could get them from A to B with style and comfort. It was also popular with celebrities and royalty, and was often used as an official car for state visits and ceremonial occasions. Today, the 1937 Rolls-Royce 25/30 is considered a rare (only 1,201 of them produced) and valuable classic and is admired for its timeless elegance and craftsmanship. The 25/30 offered here drives well. The engine is a line 6 cylinder GM conversion with an attached automatic transmission. The body is aluminum and built by Mulliner who also made the Corniche Cabriolet, among others. This car was mainly used as a wedding car. The car brakes, but the brakes need adjustment, now it drives with extra help from the handbrake. Lighting works, i.e. the city lights and taillights. The low beam lights on the bumper need to be checked. There is a new exhaust fitted and new tires, except for 1 wheel on the front left. Of that, the center nut does not come off (new tire though included). The alternator was also recently renewed. Also comes with 2 luxury imposed new dark blue license plates. To get a good picture of the lot we advise you to come to the viewing day.
