Photo Gallery: Solo Speed Shop's 1955 Chevrolet Gasser

At first glance this car looks like a Delahaye or a similar '30s and '40s French car. The flowing lines, covered wheels, and pure elegance of the design make it more a work of art than an automobile, but in fact all of that is wrong, for this is a handcrafted roadster built in Grants Pass, Oregon. And even with a 702ci V-12, it's a fully driveable car.
